Lead’s Dockets Mass Messaging allows you to create branded emails using Lead Docket data as variables. You can then send these emails to lists of users—called audiences—generated from filtered lists of your Lead Docket leads or contacts.
Mass messaging has a rate of 1000 messages per licensed Lead Docket user per month. For example, if your Lead Docket instance has ten licenses, you would have 10,000 messages total per month. If these rates are met, additional messages can be purchased.
Note
Before you can use Mass Messaging, your Lead Docket instance must go through the Domain Authentication process.
To begin, click the new Mass Messaging section in Lead Docket’s left side menu.
You’ll see two tabs: one for your Emails and one for your Audiences.
1. Create Audiences
Before you send emails, create audiences—lists of either contacts or leads with one or multiple filters. These audiences can then be selected as recipients for the email.

2. Create Emails
Use the Email Editor to create your emails. Click + New Email to begin.
You can create simple traditional emails with text, variables, and footers, or branded emails, which give you options for additional design elements, and the help of an AI.

3. Send Emails
In the email editor, click Next to continue to the next step: sending the email. On this page, you can select the recipients, subject, and send time.
Under From, you’ll see the email configured on the Settings page. If you’ve entered more than one email on the Settings page, you’ll be able to select the desired email from the dropdown here.
Note
You can set the email or emails by clicking Manage > Settings > Email and adding the desired email addresses, separated by commas, in the Mass Messaging From Address field.
Under To, select one or multiple audiences from the dropdown. You also have the option to create a new audience from this page. Under the Subject line, enter your email’s subject header. Under Send time, choose to either Send now or Schedule the email for a later time.
Confirm your choices and click Send. Once the email has been sent or scheduled, its status, audiences, and delivery will be updated in the Emails tab.
Note
Users can unsubscribe from mass emails. Users who have unsubscribed will be reflected in the email’s Analytics page.
4. View Analytics
For any email in Completed status, you can click on the email to view analytics. Here, you can see the number of recipients, send failures, unsubscriptions, and spam marks.
