There are multiple reasons to add a related contact to a lead, and there are certain times where the related contact will receive the automated texts and/or emails sent from Lead Docket by default.
When will related contacts receive automated messages from Lead Docket?
- When the primary lead is Deceased and/or a Minor
- When the lead does not have an email address or mobile phone number entered.
If either of these occur, ALL related contacts that have an email address or phone number will receive the communications by default.
If no contacts involved have an email address or phone number, no communications will be sent.
