Sending a Text Message to Opportunities

A Lead Docket phone number may be added to your firm's Website, Social Media, etc. to allow leads to make initial contact with your firm via text.

These leads will appear as a new Opportunity when the number is texted. 

How to enable Text Message Opportunities for a specific Lead Docket number:

First, add a new Lead Docket phone number and then edit it or edit an existing one (Manage > Phone Numbers).

Next, select "Yes" under Enable Text Message Opportunities

Enter any Email Address(es) you would like to be notified via Email when a New Opportunity is created from this texting number (Optional). Separate the Email Addresses by semicolons if there are multiple.

Lastly, set up an Auto Reply Message on Initial Text. This will send a text message reply to the lead automatically when they text this number (Required).

Typically you would say something along the lines of "Thank you for contacting Example Firm. A team member will contact you shortly."

Click Save once completed.
