Note: This feature is on by default, but may be turned off by a Lead Docket administrator.
Any time a referral partner updates the Lead Status of a referred lead from the initial referral email or their Referral Dashboard, there will be a new message on your Intake Dashboard to alert you of the update.
Clicking the new message will take you to the Messages Tab on the lead, where you can see the status change made by the referral firm.
If the Referral Firm leaves a note with their status update, it will still notify you of this via a New Message and will be visible on the Messages tab of a lead. However, there will also be a note on the Notes tab of the lead.
