This allows you to be able to have Lead Docket automatically remind you to check in with the firm to see if they accepted the lead and if the status of the lead has changed.
This is most useful if you want to keep track of referral fees from partnering firms.
When you refer a lead, the referral firm will receive and email that looks like this:
They can click one of two buttons:
- I Will Review This Lead - They will look into the lead, the referral status will now change from Pending Review to "Reviewing". Tasks will be assigned to check in with the firm to see the status of the lead.
- I Am Not Interested In This Lead - They decline the lead offer and the pursuit ends
Regardless of what they select, it will take them to this next screen with the appropriate selected status:
The Referral Firm may add a note to send back to your firm and even attach any files if necessary. Once they click save, the lead will be updated in your Lead Docket.
