Marketing Source - Referral

When Adding a New Lead, under Marketing Information, you may select the Marketing Source to be a referral.

If the lead specifies they were referred from a friend, attorney, or previous client, you may enter these details in the Referred By input.

When filling in the Referred By information you have two options:

[Option 1]: Click the Search button above the input box to find a previous client or referral firm in your Lead Docket system.

[Option 2]: The name of an attorney or person may be typed in the input box if you know they are not in your database. You may also type something generic in the input box like "Friend Chris" or "Neighbor Jim".
