Lead Docket can now collect PPC data like click IDs, campaign names, and keywords from filled forms, advertisement clicks, and more. For clients who use CallRail or CallTrackingMetrics, this data will be automatically added in intake and can be viewed in the “Marketing Info” section of these leads. Clients who do not use one of these softwares will be able to set up a custom integration.
View
Once the data is in Lead Docket, you can view it under Leads > Intake > Marketing Info. If you are using CallRail or CallTrackingMetrics, the following data will be included:
- referring URL
- current URL
- UTM
- client ID
- click ID
- keywords
- campaign
Setup
Clients who are not using CallRail or CallTrackingMetrics can create a custom integration under Manage > Integrations by adding the fields they would like from the above list into a webform or other integration type. Learn how to set up a custom integration.
For example, if you would like to collect the client ID, click ID, and keywords for a form on your website, you would search for and add these three fields to a webform under Manage > Integrations in Lead Docket, then consult your web developer or third party provider to complete the integration.
Sending Data
Advanced lead tracking opens up many opportunities for sending data between apps. For example, if you set up phase mapping between Filevine and Lead Docket, and send Filevine’s settlement data back to Lead Docket, you will have both the PPC data and the settlement information in Lead Docket. This information can then be sent back to Google with a Zapier integration, allowing Google to further customize who sees your ads.
