Step 1 - Disable a user by going to Manage > Users and then clicking the Edit button next to the user you want to disable. Un-check the boxes next to "Active?" and "Licensed"
(More information here)
Step 2 - Click the Save button to trigger a pop-up for assigning these leads. (Note: If this pop-up does not appear, the user has no leads associated with him/her)
Step 3 - If you wish to assign all leads to one person, click the check box at the top left to select all leads
Note: If you would like to assign leads to multiple people, skip Step 3 and complete Step 4 multiple times until all leads are re-assigned
Step 4 - Select the Attorney, Intake Person, Paralegal, or Investigator from the drop-down menu (depending on the disabled user's role) to assign the selected leads to that person
Step 5 - Click Save Changes
Step 6 - Click Save once more. If the user has Tasks assigned to him/her, there will be once more a pop-up to assign the tasks to user(s) in your firm. Complete Steps 3-5 again but with Tasks instead of Leads
NOTE: Tasks will only need to be re-assigned if there are incomplete tasks assigned to the USER (not the role). Tasks assigned to the role will be assigned to the person selected when you re-assign the leads in the above steps
Step 7 - Click Save one last time.
