Admins can block undesirable SMS texting numbers and email addresses in Manage > Settings. Messages from blocked SMS numbers and email addresses will not appear in Lead Docket.
In the left side menu, click Manage and select Settings from the dropdown. At the top right, click Other Options and select Blacklist from the dropdown.
The Blacklist section displays all SMS numbers and email addresses that are currently blocked.
Block and Unblock
To block a new SMS number or email address, click the corresponding button at the top right of the Blacklist section.
In the opened form, enter the SMS number or email address that you’d like to block. When finished, click Save to add the number or email address to the blacklist.
Once saved, you are redirected to the Blacklist section, where the newly blocked number or email address appears.
To unblock a number or email address, click Delete beside the desired item in the list.
