Step 1 - Click Document Templates under the Manage tab in the left navigation menu
Step 2 - Click the Create New button in the top right
Step 3 - Complete the Create Document Template form:
- Template Title - The name of your Document Template
- Lead Statuses - The Lead Status you want this document to be associated with (Default - All Lead Statuses)
- Case Types - The Case Type(s) this document template is related to (Default - All Case Types)
- Template File (.docx, .pdf) - The file of the document you have created
- Current Template File - The current file that is attached to the template (if any)
Step 4 - Click the Save Changes button
