Step 1 - Retrieve API URL from CASEpeer
Step 2 -Set Case Tracker to CASEpeer
Go to your Settings in the left navigation menu.
Scroll down the page until you see the Case Management System section. Select CASEpeer and add all relevant information.
After entering all relevant information, click the Browse button to select the CASEpeer Initial Case Status.
From the list provided, select Intake.
Step 3 - Mapping CASEpeer Case Types
Go to Case Types under the Manage drop-down in the left navigation menu.
Go through each Case Type and align it with the correct Case Type listed in CASEpeer by clicking the Edit button.
Once inside the Case Type, click the Browse button.
Select the appropriate matching Case Type from CASEpeer that matches the Case Type listed in your Lead Docket. For example: Medical Malpractice is the same in both Lead Docket and CASEpeer. Once the appropriate Case Type is selected, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4 - Integrating Lead Docket Users with CASEpeer
Go to Users under the Manage drop-down in the left navigation menu.
Click Edit next to each Lead Docket user that is also a CASEpeer user.
Click Browse on the right side in the Case Tracker Code row.
Select the appropriate user name and then click Save at the bottom of the page.
Step 5 - Send cases to CASEpeer
Go to Pending CASEpeer in the left navigation menu.
Once in the Pending CASEpeer section, you should see all leads that you have Signed Up, Closed, Referred / Signed Up.
Step 6 - Check CASEpeer to ensure proper delivery of leads from Lead Docket
Once you click Post to CASEpeer, you will receive a green notification box that states the lead was successfully posted to CASEpeer.
Go to your Intake Dashboard. Select the lead you just sent to CASEpeer by finding it in the Recently Updated Leads section.
Go into the Other tab within the lead to retrieve the Case Tracker Code for CASEpeer.
Go to your CASEpeer and search the Case Tracker Code to ensure the lead was properly delivered to CASEpeer.
