Azure Active Directory is a more secure way to log in to your Lead Docket account by authentication via your existing Azure account.
Go to Manage > Settings and find Login Type within the Account Settings section. Select "Azure Active Directory".
Within your Azure account, you will need to find your Tenant ID, Client ID, and Secret.
1. Within your Azure account, go to App registrations in the Manage menu in the left navigation and then click the "+ New Registration" button at the top.
2. Give your application a name ("Lead Docket" works fine) and then select the option "Accounts in this organizational directory only (Default Directory only - Single tenant)" under the Supported account types. For the Redirect URI, select "Web" from the drop-down list and put the following in the box to the right: "https://YOURFIRM.leaddocket.com/account/AzureADSSO".
**Note: The RED part of the URL will be your firm's Lead Docket hostname.
3. Find the Client ID and the Tenant ID within the Overview section of your newly registered Application.
Copy these and enter them into the appropriate input within the Login Settings in Lead Docket.
4. In the left navigation in your Azure account, click Certificates & secrets. Click the "+ New client secret" button. Select the desired period (the maximum time period is two years) under Expires and click the Add button. Copy the Secret from the Value field and enter it into the respective input within Lead Docket.
NOTE: YOU CAN ONLY SEE THE SECRET ONCE. If you fail to copy it or write it down, you will need to delete the secret and create a new one as you will never be able to see this again.
NOTE: You must update your Azure Active Directory Secret before it expires. If you do not do this, your Lead Docket logins will stop working once the secret expires.
Once you've chosen the expiration date, copy the secret from the Value field (not the Secret ID field).
5. Once all 3 IDs are entered in the Lead Docket Login Settings, click Save.
