Account Settings

Under Settings in the Manage section of the left navigation menu, you will find the Account Settings for your Lead Docket.

In this section, you can customize the following:

• Firm Name
• Default State
• Time Zone
• Business Open Time
• Business Close Time
• Business Days

Enable Webhooks allows Lead Docket to connect via Zapier or other third-party services to allows integrations with web chats, answering services, etc. Enable or disable Webhooks by selecting the "Integrations" tab along the top in Settings and then clicking on the arrow next to "Webhooks."

The Agency Report Key Override allows you to create a new password or "key" for the Agency Report. This is used if you get a new marketing agency and would like to keep the old marketing agency from seeing your information.
