Messages can be sent based on different Lead Statuses by using Message Templates.
Message templates are custom emails or SMS text messages that are able to be sent automatically to leads. If a primary lead has no listed email address or phone number, then the message template will be sent to the email address or phone number of the related contacts.
Input Fields can be put into message templates so that all necessary information pertaining to the lead will be automatically entered when the message is sent.
An example of a Message Template (Email) is pictured below. The Input Fields are highlighted.
This template is an example of an Email that would be sent to a lead when the status is changed to Scheduled. The Input Fields would be replaced with the actual information pertaining to the lead when the message is sent.

- Chase Status (Different attempts)
- Case Closed Message(s)
- Rejection Message(s)
- Appointment Scheduled Reminder (Can be multiple)
