Document Templates are pre-made Microsoft Word documents that can be used to send to leads or others.
The purpose of Document Templates is to create documents that are commonly used in your firm's work flow. They can be accessed easily without having to type unique data in the document repeatedly.
Input Fields can be put into document templates so that all necessary information pertaining to the lead will be automatically entered.
An example of a Document Template is pictured below. The Input Fields are highlighted.
This template is an example document of what would be sent to a lead once an appointment is scheduled. The Input Fields would be replaced with the actual information pertaining to the lead.

- Information Packet
- Thank You Letter
- Rejection Letter
