Lead Docket now has a new layout for leads with a cleaner, more streamlined look. In a lead, click Try New Layout to switch. At any time, you can click Back to Classic to return to the classic layout.
Tip
Users can currently opt into and out of the new layout freely. On April 1, 2027, the current layout will be sunset.
New Layout
In the new layout, you’ll find:
- cleaner sections and tabs
- a “sticky” header and footer that are always visible
- collapsible summaries, which can update even when collapsed
- a new lighting bolt icon appears at the top of the lead when an automation is pending
