If your attorney is not receiving emails, it may be because your mail server is blocking Lead Docket emails. This issue can be remedied by whitelisting Lead Docket's mail server IP address.
First, verify that the emails are being sent out to this attorney by selecting Manage > Users from Lead Docket's lefthand menu. In the user list, locate the user who is not receiving emails and click on the arrow button to see all emails that Lead Docket has sent to this account.
All emails sent to the attorney should be listed here. If you do not find the emails listed, you should reach out to Lead Docket's support for assistance.
If the emails are listed here, then it is likely that your mail server is blocking Lead Docket emails, and may need to whitelist our mail server IP address. The outbound email IP address is 167.89.19.170.
