In the Financial section of Reports, you can see a breakdown of your expenses under the Key Performance Indicators report.
In this article, we will discuss the features of the Key Performance Indicators report.
The Key Performance Indicators report shows the user the breakdowns for Leads, Cases, Rejected / Referred, Fees, Marketing Expenses, and Costs.
The middle section of the report allows you to view Case Types and all relevant information.
From here you can filter sort by a specific criteria by clicking a column heading.
At the very bottom of the report on the left side, you can view Advertising Costs by Category (Marketing Source).
This section will show you how much money your firm has spent on advertising costs per Marketing Source.
At the very bottom of the report on the right side, you can view Settlement Amounts by Category.
This section will show you how many Cases your firm closed that had settlement amounts in the specific ranges.
At the top right hand side of the screen, there are two ways to further sort this screen. You can sort by Offices or by Views.
Sorting by office will sort all revenue by source, by the specific office you choose, or by all offices.
Sorting by views will allow you to sort the data by a given time range.
