This article discusses how to generate a Stats By Role report. The Stats By Role report provides a breakdown of statistics of any role in your organization.
Create
In the left side menu, select Reports. On the reports page, locate the Statistics section and select By Role from the list.
In the Filter Criteria section, select your desired time frame using the Begin Date and End Date boxes. Click the box below Role to view all enabled and disabled roles, and select the desired role.
When you are satisfied with your selections, click Run Report. The results will be generated below.
View
The report will include a list of all users with the chosen role, along with several key lead statistics for each user. Clicking Definitions will open a list of all statistics and their definitions for easy reference.
Default role reports will not include a Closed column, but they will include an Appointment Conversion % column, which is only visible on Default role reports.
Sort and Filter
Once your report has been generated, you can sort the results as desired by clicking the column headings. You can also filter the results by typing a desired keyword or number into the Filter box.
Export
To export your report results, click the Excel button. This action will automatically generate and download an Excel spreadsheet of the report.
More Options
You can view a list of leads associated with a user by clicking View beside a user’s name in the report, opening the Associated Leads modal. This modal displays the following information for each lead:
- name
- status
- intake date
- case type
To filter these leads, type a keyword into the top right Search box. To sort the leads, click the column headers. To open a lead, click View beside the desired lead.
Clicking View Full Report will open a Leads Report. The opened report will already contain the previously selected time frame and user in the Report Criteria section. From here, you can edit the criteria for, run, and download an in-depth leads report for that user.
