In the Statistics section of Reports, you can see a breakdown of the average amount of time between the time the lead was created to the time the lead was closed by individuals in your Lead Docket.

In this article, we will discuss the features of the Time On Desk report.

Once you open the report, you will see a list of all Attorneys, Average time all cases were open from created to closed, and Case Types with average time that specific case type was open from created to closed.
