The Leads Over Time report gives a breakdown of leads by day or hour, helping you identify high-traffic intervals and strategize the best days and times for marketing outreach.
To find the Leads Over Time report, select Reports. Click the All Reports tab, then Statistics, and then click Leads Over Time.
When you open the report, it shows four sections with graphs that represent Daily Leads, Weekly Leads, Leads by Day of Week, and Leads By Hour of Day, all within your specified time frame.
The Daily Leads graph shows you the total number of Leads, Wanted Leads, and Signed Leads over a specified time period.
If you do not wish to see one of the items listed on the graph, simply click the item and it will disappear from the graph.
In this screenshot, Signed Leads was deselected and does not appear on the graph. (This feature is available with any of the graphs in this report)
You can also view the exact number by hovering over any dot in the graph. (This feature is available with any of the graphs in this report)
The second graph shows the total number of Leads, Wanted Leads, and Signed Leads over a week or specified time period.
The last two graphs show Leads By Day of Week and Leads By Hour of Day.
You can also print or download the chart by clicking the three lines in the top right corner of the report. (This feature is available with any of the graphs in this report)
In the top right corner of the screen, there are two ways to further sort this screen. You can sort by Offices or by Views.
Sorting by office will sort all revenue by source, by the specific office you choose, or by all offices.
Sorting by views will allow you to sort the data by a given time range.
