The Phone Number Usage report gives a breakdown of monthly phone usage, helping you monitor staff workloads, lead creation, and call recording review.
To find the Phone Number Usage report, select Reports. Click the All Reports tab, then Phone, and then click Phone Number Usage.
When you open the report, it shows a breakdown of all minutes allowed and used, as well as text messages allowed and used and any overages that have occurred. This report allows you to keep track of all texts and minutes used, as well as an overall billing statement.
At the bottom of the report, you can view all charge and overage billing totals.
