Docusign Custom Fields

DocuSign Custom Fields may be added to your DocuSign Documents if you have the Business Pro package. 

These custom fields allow you to have various data from your Lead Docket intake form imported into DocuSign.

For example, if you have your client's Date of Birth entered in Lead Docket, it may easily be inserted onto a DOB input in your document in DocuSign when you send for a signature. This allows the client to not have to worry about filling in this information on their own.

DocuSign Custom Fields include all Default Fields for intake and the Custom Fields added for your practice areas.

To add a Lead Docket Custom Field to DocuSign:

Step 1 - Click the (+) sign at the top of the Custom Fields menu

Step 2 - Type the Custom Field into the Name input without any spaces. 

• Example: If the field in Lead Docket is "What was the doctor and hospital?" the name in DocuSign would be "Whatwasthedoctorandhospital?"
