With a webhook integration, you can send information to other applications based on specific actions that occur in Lead Docket.
What is a webhook?

- Some Case Management Systems

Here's a list of things that can trigger a webhook:
- Adding a contact
- Editing a contact
- Creating a Lead
- Editing a Lead
- Changing the Status on a Lead
- Adding a Note to a Lead
- When a new Opportunity is created
- When a Tag is added to a Contact
- When a Tag is removed from a Contact
- When a Text is Received
Some examples of uses for webhooks:
- Adding Lead Details to a spreadsheet in Google Sheets automatically when a lead is created
- Adding Lead Details to a Case Management System (like Clio, Practice Panther, etc...) automatically when a lead status is changed to "Signed Up"
- Receive Slack message when a text is received from a lead
- Sending an email when a lead has been edited
- Etc...
