Note: MailChimp rules can only be managed after your MailChimp account has been connected to Lead Docket.
This article will explain how to put leads in Lead Docket on your mailing list(s) in MailChimp.
Step 1 - Go to Manage > MailChimp Rules
Step 2 - Click the Create New button in the top right.
Step 3 - Give your new rule a Title.
Step 4 - Select a Trigger for the rule.
Possible Triggers -
- Contact Added - Put a contact on a mailing list as soon as it is added to Lead Docket
- Lead Status Changed - Put a lead on a mailing list based on a certain lead status.
- Another section will appear to select the appropriate Lead Status, Case Type, Severity Level, and Office you want this rule to occur for.
- Tag Added to Contact - Put a contact on a mailing list when a tag is added to it
- Another section will appear to select the appropriate tag you want this rule to be for
- Tag Removed from Contact - Put a contact on a mailing list when a tag is removed from it
- Another section will appear to select the appropriate tag you want this rule to be for
Step 5 - Select the MailChimp list(s) you want to have this lead added to or removed from. Hold CTRL + click to select multiple.
Step 6 - Click Save.
