LOIS in Lead Docket gives you instant, conversational access to data at the lead level. Ask LOIS questions about your leads and about Lead Docket’s Help Center.
How to Use LOIS in Lead Docket
The LOIS icon appears at the top of an opened lead. Click on this icon to open the LOIS chat window. Type your request into the chat box. You can also dictate the request:
- click the microphone icon to dictate your request and have the text appear in the chat box, where you can edit and submit it
- click the waveform icon to distaste your request and automatically submit it when you click stop or pause
Tip
The response is lead-specific. If you are requesting lead information, make sure that you are in the lead you’d like to request information about.
LOIS Response
LOIS will output a response to your request. Below the response, you can click the microphone icon to have the response read aloud, or click the copy icon to copy the response to your clipboard.
Follow Up
LOIS remembers the context of the chat, meaning you can ask additional follow-up questions to create a conversation.
If you want to learn more about a certain result, for example, you can ask LOIS to provide more detail. If you want to contradict one of the points in the result, ask LOIS to clarify the evidence for its point.
Clear Chat
Currently, LOIS in Lead Docket does not support multiple ongoing chats. To avoid confusing the AI agent, use the Clear chat option when you make a new, unrelated request.

Answer Lead Questions
LOIS can serve as a way to quickly review a summary of the lead, quickly retrieve a specific piece of data, or provide analysis.
- What's the latest on this lead?
- How can I move this lead forward?
- What type of insurance does my client have?
Ask Questions about How Lead Docket Works
LOIS can search and pull information from Lead Docket’s Help Center, so it can answer questions about how to work in Lead Docket. These responses will include a link to the relevant Help Center article.
- How can I create a task template?
- Where would I add a referral source?
- How can I set up an auto-reply email message for opportunities?
Add a Note
LOIS can create and add a note to the lead. These responses include a link to the created note.
Scope and Permission Limitations
LOIS utilizes lead information from all lead sections, including dates and deadlines, payment information, tasks and messages, and more.
LOIS is currently limited to a single lead at a time. It cannot answer requests requiring information across multiple leads, like “give me a list of the most important tasks I have.”
LOIS in Lead Docket is not currently able to view the contents of documents.
