How to Set Up AI Field Mapping

AI Field Mapping allows you to map customs yes/no fields to AI Fields in order to generate AI predictions for MVA case type leads.

Set Up AI Field Mapping

Admin users will see the option to set up at the top of their Intake Dashboard. Click Start to begin setting up the AI Fields.

After initial setup, Admin users can edit AI field mapping in Manager > Settings > Other Options > AI Field Mapping.

In the opened modal, follow the steps below:

1. Select your case types. Select the MVA case types for which you’d like to map custom fields to AI fields. AI field mapping is only recommended for MVA case types, as the AI fields are geared toward MVA cases. The selected case types will determine the custom fields available to you in the next step.
   
2. Map your fields. On the second page of the modal, you’ll see a list of AI fields with yes/no questions. Map as many as possible of these fields to the matched custom yes/no field in your case type(s). Click in the Select a custom field textbox and begin typing to filter the yes/no fields in your selected case types.
   
   Note: You must map at least four fields in order to enable summaries and analysis. The more mapped fields, the more accurate the summaries and analysis.
3. Save. Once you’ve mapped your fields, click Save. Your AI field mapping is complete. You will now see summaries and analysis on leads
