In the Financial section of Reports, you can see a breakdown of your missing settlements under the Missing Settlements report.
In this article, we will discuss the features of the Missing Settlements report.
In this report, you will see every case that has been Closed and Referred Out / Closed that has not yet had a settlement amount added.
Although the user will receive a task that prompts them to enter the settlement amount, this report will show you all cases that still need this information.
From here you can filter sort by a specific criteria by clicking a column heading. You may also filter down based on any keyword by typing in the filter box. Clicking the Excel button will export the list into a spreadsheet.
