[NOTE]: This guide is only for referral firms who are not familiar with Lead Docket.
When leads are referred to your firm by referral partners who actively use Lead Docket, all referred leads from that firm will exist on the Referral Dashboard
The purpose of the dashboard is for you to keep track of leads being referred by a specific firm that uses Lead Docket and to update the referral firm on the status of the lead.
An example of the dashboard is pictured below:
There are 3 possible sections. These sections display leads by their lead statuses and will only appear if there are leads that exist with that status:
- Pending Review - The lead has not been looked at by your firm yet. You have not agreed to move forward with the lead yet, but have also not declined.
- Reviewing - Your firm is pursuing the lead to find out if you have a good case
- Signed Up - The lead is signed up and is now your client
By clicking the Update button next to any lead under the "Pending Review" status, you may change the status of the lead and / or add additional notes about the lead to update your referral partner on the status of this lead.
You have 3 options:
- Reviewing - You are reviewing the lead. This lead will be moved to the "Reviewing" section of the dashboard.
- Signed Up - The lead is signed up and will be moved to the "Signed Up" section of the dashboard.
- Declined - You have declined the lead and it will no longer appear on the dashboard.
By clicking the Update button next to any lead under the "Reviewing" status, you may change the status of the lead and / or add additional notes about the lead to update your referral partner on the status of this lead.
You have 3 options:
- Reviewing - You are still reviewing the lead. This lead will remain in the "Reviewing" section of the dashboard.
- Signed Up - The lead is signed up and will be moved to the "Signed Up" section of the dashboard.
- Declined - You have declined the lead and it will no longer appear on the dashboard.
By clicking the Update button next to any lead under the "Signed Up" status, you may change the status of the lead and / or add additional notes about the lead to update your referral partner on the status of this lead.
You have 3 options:
- In Progress - The case is still in progress and will remain in the "Signed Up" section of the dashboard.
- Settled / Closed - The case has been settled / closed. The lead will no longer appear on the dashboard.
- Declined - The lead has been declined and will no longer appear on the dashboard.
Any notes about a lead can be viewed by clicking the Update button next to the lead, and looking below the "Update Status" section:
