At the top of the Intake Dashboard is a simple way to track your firm's progress on acquiring leads and turning them into cases. You can keep track of Leads, Wanted Leads, and Signups here.
This makes the process of acquiring leads similar to a game, always wanting to improve your "score" from previous days and months.
Lead - A contact with a potential case
Wanted Leads - A lead you did not reject or refer (assume you want it)
Signups - A lead who has signed up to be your client
By clicking the blue numbers below each time frame, a list of all Leads, Wanted Leads, or Signups acquired in that time frame will appear.
Once you click one of the numbers in a given time frame, a list of leads will appear.
If you click "61" for example under Leads This Month, all 61 leads acquired this month will appear (Pictured Below).
They are automatically ordered by created date, but you may sort them by any category by clicking a column heading (Ex: Name, Status, Case Type, Marketing Source, Etc.)
If you would like to see all Leads within a different time frame, you may click the Views button at the top right and select a different time frame.
