Step 1 - Find a specific lead you want to create a task for.
Step 2 - Click Open on the left next to the lead.
Step 3 - Click the Tasks tab at the top
Step 4 - Click the blue Add Task button on the right
Step 5 - Enter the following information:
- Task Summary - A short summary of the task
- Task Details - In-depth details about the task
- Who should complete the task? Select user to receive the task
- When should the task be assigned? Date and time
- Task type - Mailing, Action/Administrative, or Contact/Follow Up
- Send reminder email for the task? Yes/No if you want to send a reminder email to the person the task is assigned to
Step 6 - Click the Save Changes button
