In the Other section under Reports, you can export an overview of basic leads information to your Marketing Agency by viewing the Agency Report.
The Agency Report shows an overview of how many leads your firm received in a specified date range and what statuses those leads ended up in at the end of the date range. This report will show your marketing agency specific statistics without them having access to sensitive lead information.
In the Overview section, you can see the different statuses of leads and various information such as the overall conversion rate, etc.
Clicking the View Leads button in the top right hand corner of this section will break down the list into specific Case Types, Marketing Source, and Current Status. You can sort through this data by clicking the arrows to the right of the column you wish to sort. You can also export this information into an Excel spreadsheet.
The Leads section shows the user the breakdown of what you would see at the top of your Intake Dashboard. This gives you information on the total number of leads, total number of wanted leads, and total number of leads signed up over the specified time frame you selected and the time frame prior (one month).
Leads Year Over Year and Signed Up Leads Year Over Year show the total number of leads and the total number of signed up leads over a one year span broken down by month.
Leads By Marketing Source allows the user to see a breakdown of how many total leads came in through that specific Marketing Source, along with how many of those leads were Wanted and how many your firm Signed Up over the specified date range.
Leads By Contact Source allows the user to see a breakdown of how many total leads came in through that specific Contact Source, along with how many of those leads were Wanted and how many your firm Signed Up over the specified date range.
The last two sections in the report allow the user to view all leads over that specified date range on a map, and see all Signed Up leads on a map. This can help the agency determine where to place more marketing sources to gather more clients.
